Approach and Strategy

KNUS has developed implementation strategy for next 5 years emphasizing bottom up, participatory approach. KNUS is also following the integrated development framework-based target group development approach. Beside these, KNUS also implements activities following community-led approaches in special cases. It’s mainly emphasis to ensuring the participation of the people in each steps of program design and implementation, innovative and joint venture/ consortium project for the people’s development.
